Learn the whole system in an afternoon

Four apps, four short walkthrough videos. Start with the one for your role — or watch them in order to see how a delivery day moves from the order file all the way to the shop counter. Everything you need to get a distributor live is on this page.

How the four fit together
Salesman takes the order and keeps shop details right Operator plans and dispatches the day Driver delivers and confirms each stop Manager reads what actually happened
01 · For the WD operator

Distributor app

This is where the day is run. The operator imports the order file, plans every delivery route in one click, reviews what the system proposes, and sends each driver their route. Through the day they watch the live map and deal with anything flagged.

The one person at the distributor who plans and dispatches the day.
What you can do in it
  • Import the daily order file and see what landed
  • Plan the whole day's routes in one click, or build a trip by hand
  • Check each vehicle against its capacity before it leaves
  • Dispatch every driver at once
  • Watch trips live and act on delays and exceptions
  • Read fulfilment, returns and utilisation at end of day

02 · For drivers

Delivery app

The driver opens the app and sees today's stops in delivery order. One tap opens navigation, one tap confirms the drop. Nothing to learn, nothing to install from a store, and it works in English, Hindi or Telugu.

Every driver, on the phone they already carry.
What you can do in it
  • See today's trip and every stop in order
  • One tap to navigate to the next shop
  • Confirm each delivery with the code the shop receives
  • Record a reason when a delivery cannot be completed
  • Flag a wrong shop location from the doorstep
  • Enter start and closing odometer readings

03 · For the DS in the field

Salesman app

Wrong shop locations are the single biggest cause of bad routing, and they cannot be fixed from an office. The salesman standing at the shop captures the correct pin, mobile number and address — and it goes to the operator for approval.

Distributor salesmen who visit the shops.
What you can do in it
  • Capture the correct location while standing at the shop
  • Attach a photo and the phone's GPS accuracy reading
  • Correct a shop's mobile number or address
  • Send corrections to the operator for review

Manager app

One view across every distributor in the zone, all measured the same way. Onboard a new distributor, keep the shared product catalogue healthy, and read the numbers that say which distributor needs a phone call this week.

Anyone overseeing more than one distributor.
What you can do in it
  • See every distributor's day in the same shape
  • Onboard a distributor, its operator, vehicles and drivers
  • Maintain the shared product catalogue
  • Approve location corrections from the field
  • Download the full report pack for any distributor or date range

Getting your distributor live

What we need from you

You do not install anything — we set the account up for you. These three files are the whole handover. Send them back and a distributor can plan its first real day the same afternoon.

Missing shop locations are not a blocker. We can start without them, and your drivers and salesmen can capture the correct pins from the doorstep as deliveries run.
